Staying in our duplex room was a cozy experience, although a bit smaller than expected with the stairs included in the area. Nonetheless, the room had excellent double glazing and offered a big and comfortable space overlooking the lively square. The huge bathroom was definitely a highlight for us.
My stay at the hotel was phenomenal. The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious, kept very clean with elegant modern decor. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and accommodating staff. The location was superb, facing the Puerta de Alcala and steps away from Cibeles square.
