Reviews and Ratings
Staying in our duplex room was a cozy experience, although a bit smaller than expected with the stairs included in the area. Nonetheless, the room had excellent double glazing and offered a big and comfortable space overlooking the lively square. The huge bathroom was definitely a highlight for us.
My stay at the hotel was phenomenal. The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious, kept very clean with elegant modern decor. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and accommodating staff. The location was superb, facing the Puerta de Alcala and steps away from Cibeles square. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of options. Overall, a great value for money.
I was quite glad to find that our stay at the hotel was very quiet despite its city center location. The room was spacious, which is always a challenge when traveling with a 13-year-old and booking a triple room. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff eager to assist. The location was outstanding, overlooking Plaza de la Independencia and near many attractions and dining options. The dining experience was delightful with made-to-order eggs and a nice buffet. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views of the Puerta de Álcala. Being close to the elevator was a bit inconvenient, but the soaking tub made up for it. The service was top-notch with friendly staff like Roberto Figueras and Sonia. The location was perfect for exploring the park and nearby attractions, and Julio's assistance made it even better. The dining experience, although lacking views, offered the best breakfast in Spain. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a beautiful big soaking tub in a spacious room with a large bathroom and shower area. The room was clean and on the smaller side, providing a cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent with easy access to main shopping areas and a friendly staff to assist guests. The dining experience includes plenty of options with some standout hot choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room size constraints.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very big and clean, offering nice views of the Puerta de Álcala but lacked natural sunlight, and the layout of the toilet and bathroom was a bit unusual. The service was welcoming and apologetic, especially thanks to Roberto Figueras and his trainee assistant Sonia. The location was superb, allowing easy walking access to major attractions, museums, and shopping areas, although it was a bit dimly lit at night. The dining experience was fantastic, serving some of the best food I've had in Spain, but they seemed understaffed. The facilities were impressive, offering a range of services. The value for money depended on the experience you were seeking.
